Target : Children from an orphanage / childcare centre

1st option:
We'll bring the children to Marina Barrage to
- fly kite
- picnic
- look at stuff
- paint
- make kite?
Angie : Like an adventure camp

Problems : Rain, maybe too hot in the afternoon.


2nd option:
We can help them paint a wall or do a big painting for the childcare centre / orphanage
of course, with the children's involvement.

Problems: Children may create a very large mess

And we'll need 3 committees

Logistics
- Handling all equipment, including food, materials etc.
- Budget management

Communication
- Contact all the relevant people.

Planning
- Plan the schedule
- find solutions for expected problems

All of us will be involved for the activity at the end.

Please tell me any other problems you thought of the 2 options or if you go anything to add on
and which committee you would prefer to be in.
